Project Description: Completed in 1998, the 134,000 sq. ft. renovation of a new atrium and two interior light courts were created and furnished with rich landscape features. The new standing seam metal roof emphasized the existing horizontal building profiles and a tiled entry portal highlighted the previously elusive entrance. At a construction cost of $19.5 million, the renovation and expansion of the existing 1-1/2 story building and the addition of one new story articulated the owner’s many desires to completely update the interior and exterior aspects of the building.
